Amenorrhea: If no period, would get a blood HCG, get TSH ( thyroid) check for prolactin. if she is nursing-which seems unlikely since she already had a period with her 2 year old, nursing can stop periods, May also need an ultrasound to look at the ovaries. Some BCP and depovera also will stop periods. f/u wih doctor urgetn care
