Retest: There is not a known link between UTI and chlamydia infections and irregular periods. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. See a doctor to retest to make sure the chlamydia is resolved to to discuss options for cycle regulation
