There are: OTC there are several skin cleansers containing salycilic acid and a few with benzoyl peroxide. Get the generics because they are the same for less money. If you have significant acne they will be of little use and you should see a dermatologist. Most adult women with acne respond best to oral spironolactone and to little else. It is safe and cheap.
