Prob ex: Ovulation and the most common time to have a successful pregnancy is on the 14th day from the start of your period which is considered day one. If you had intercourse let's say 12 days after the start of your period. The sperm is still viable admit 72hrs allowing your ovulation to start and egg to become fertilized. Very unlikely to get pregnant during menses unless dating is off
