Irregular bleeding: May be from some types of BCP, or from polyp, fibroid ( less likely) or miscarriage, ectopic or occasional variant. , May be infection ,cervicitis. Would check HCG,, TSH ( thyroid), and consider ultrasound and pelvic exam. Follow up with doctor /urgent care
