Exam: I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience and pain of your second period. While it's not terribly uncommon for us women to occasionally have an abnormal period or cycle and bleed more than once one month at times during our reproductive years or have irregular bleeding, this black blood and extreme pain is not "normal." See your doc so she can examine you and rule out something more serious
