Maybe an infection?: Pain with urination, blood in the urine, lower abdominal pain with urination are all symptoms of urinary tract infection. This is easily diagnosed by a health care provider, and treated with antibiotics. With respect to your question, you may be having pain in the bladder - get this checked. Good luck. LGromkoMD
