Could be a migraine: other possible causes include tension headache. You should probably have a good neurologic exam done by your primary care doctor or a neurologist as well to make sure nothing else bad is going on.

Exam needed: If this is a repetitive syndrome and since it involves both eye symptoms and neurologic type symptoms, I feel that evaluations by both an ophthalmologist and a neurologist are advisable for diagnosis and treatment. The symptoms are not typical of migraine or tension headaches.
