How can i clean my scalp if i'm allergic to everything? i can't use medicated shampoos, nor baby shampoos. however, i can use a bar of soap.

Use creamy bar soap: you definitely cannot be allergic to everything, yes you may be reacting to many chemicals included in the shampoos, but unscented ones can be helpful, you can try on a small area first wait for 48 hours, if no reaction continue, otherwise you need to see a dermatologist or an allergist, good luck
