Can you please tell me how pneumonia and walking pneumonia differ?

Severity: The most common symptoms of pneumonia are cough, sputum production, shortness of breath, fever, chills, and chest pain on inspiration. Walking pneumonia is a lay term for someone who has pneumonia but isn't that sick and is able to walk around rather than being confined to bed.
