Bartholin gland: Your Bartholin gland/cyst may be blocked leading to swelling & pain. Only way to make diagnosis & receive definitive treatment is to see your Family Doc or GYN who can lance & drain it if necessary. You can apply warm compresses for now while waiting for an appointment.

Infected cyst: likely an infected cyst. Go and get this looked at soon before it possibly gets worse.
