Wouldn't exclude: If you are referring to male pattern baldness and specifically androgenic mpb, I wouldn't deny that whatever stimulates androgen secretion from the testes (masturbation, sexual intercourse) could have an impact.

There is a: Hypothetical concern that excess ejaculation may increase DHT levels which contribute to male pattern baldness, but this has never really been validated in any significant manner. To be honest much of male pattern baldness is genetic related.
