A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many Emotions: Eating disorders are filled with emotions as well as physical symptoms. Persons with eating disorders can be in such denial that they feel little discomfort. Or they may be so overwhelmed with anxiety or depression, that they become suicidal. Each individual will experience different emotions. Fortunately there is treatment in which one uses their emotions as tools for recovery.
