Couple thots: May be due to dehydration, postural drop in your blood pressure, or even anemia. Can easily check this with your primary doctor.

Pulse lag: When you get up suddenly, your heart has to pump fast to supply the brain. Squatting for a long time also encourages blood pooling at the lower parts of the body making this job even harder. Try not to allow yourself to squat for too long at one time and rise up slowly. Be sure that you are not dehydrated or anemic. If this happens often, see doctor.
