If i have a freckle that is symmetrical in shape but one part is dark brown and one part is light brown, is it something to be concerned about?

Any "freckle": which is "CHANGING" needs a check by a qualified Health Professional....If it's been the same for many years ..its OK! Its CHANGE not COLOR which is the more important factor! Hope this helps! Dr Z
