Could be UTI: A bladder infection can also cause cramping like menstrual cramps and will often cause urinary frequency. See your PCP,GYN, or an urgent care clinic for a urinalysis to know for sure since untreated urinary tract infections can result in kidney failure over time. Be safe. Get it checked out. Best wishes.
