Cannot say: We have real cures for few conditions outside infections or surgically treated conditions, advances have been made but pd has multiple etiologies stem cells may change the picture in the future ?!

Probably not: If by soon you mean within the next few months or year then no as there are no drugs that cure pd that are about to be approved. If by soon you mean within 10 years, there are certainly likely to be better treatments.
