Hard to say: Without seeing what you are talking about it is not possible to determine what you are seeing. Sometimes people pass endometrial tissue in clumps. This is called an endometrial cast. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
