Yes if prescribed 2u: Allegra is a brand of generic fexofenadine for which the maximum dose is 180mg daily. Fexofenadine is a 2nd generation antihistamine used to treat allergies. Generic ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) used to treat pain & fever. It is available over-the-counter in 200mg strength. 400mg, 600mg & 800mg are prescription only. Be careful of causing stomach ulcers w/prolonged use.
