Remove the source: If you mean that you have been told of an elevated level of lead (the heavy metal) in your blood, it is most important to minimize exposure, for example, to lead dust from old paint, contaminated water, some folk medicines, eating off lead glazed plates, or fumes from burning car batteries. In severe cases certain medications can be used to remove lead from the body. Speak with your doctor.
