Breast milk: Aside from pregnancy and delivery of a baby, breast milk production can occur due to an imbalance of a hormone called prolactin. Please see your doctor as soon as possible to have that hormone level measured. If there is excess prolactin production, other medical tests may be needed. Also, if the discharge from the breast is not milk, please see your gyn for an exam and mammogram.
