See ophthalmologist: Did you see an ophthalmologist? Did you complain about bulging eye? We normally don't measure the eyes in that way, as many people normally have "bulging eyes" unless it was something new, and its sooo subjective, 1mm difference btn eyes is not very significant... unless you have other symptoms consistent with Graves Eye Diseases, which by the way doesn't require and abnormal Thyroid...
