More info needed: Are your period regular (frequency, duration, amount)? Are you trying to achieve pregnancy? You need to be examined by a doctor to check a more sensitive pregnancy test and to check for STD's (I'm not saying you have one, but whenever someone has pain and irregular discharge it should be considered).
