Stress: lip muscle will start twitching involuntarily because of stress, it could be a spasm from low potassium, and dehydration. so try to relax, either by meditation, or by any other way that will make you less stressful. hydrate well, and take potassium supplements like orange juice, and banana. exercise your facial muscle on and off during your relaxation exercise by making many motion with your lip.
