Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. and, psoriasis generally has this pattern, but regular wear and tear does too.

Could be several: Things from dry skin(xerosis) to psoriasis(particularly if on the extensor/outside surfaces of the elbow) or eczema(particularly if on the flexural/inside parts of the elbow) or other diagnoses too. This would be best evaluated either in person by a physician or at least a consultation through HealthTap Prime with supplementary video or pictures to better assess the affected areas.
