Diarrhea due to diet: It is possible that your diarrhea is due to your new diet. The easiest way to tell would be to stop the diet and resume your previous eating habits. Once your bowel habits are back to your normal, try resuming the diet, to see if the diarrhea recurs. If it does, then you have your culprit. Good luck.
