9 mo. on depo. d/ced bc ttc. last dose jan 19. no cycle yet, but having "preg" symptoms (nausea, tender breasts etc) could it be depo wearing off?

Could be pregnancy: Hi Julie. Symptoms sound like possible pregnancy. I'd recommend a pregnancy test. If not pregnant, it may take a while for your menses to return (each woman is different). Delayed return of fertility is a somewhat common problem with depo, but I have a number of patients who became pregnant on depo or soon after stopping the medication. I'd recommend starting a prenatal vitamin. Hope this helped
