Had a transvaginal ultrasound 7 months ago. could i have contracted chlamydia from the probe?

They would have: had to reuse the probe covering(condom) from an infected patient, or not cleaned the probe properly. I suppose it is possible, but I have never heard of it happening. It would require malicious and/or incompetent behavior on the part of the ultrasound operator.
