Sounds like: You need to see a dermatologist(skin specialist). It may be the case that you need to have skin biopsy to better define exactly what's causing this eruption and how to best manage it too. Best of luck.

See a dermatologist: There are far too many possible causes to even guess. Since I'm an STD specialist and tend to think of such things, I'll say that syphilis is one of the many causes. However, syphilis is very rare in most of the US, except in some men who have sex with men. Anyway, this why there are dermatologists. Ask your doctor to refer you to one. Good luck!
