See your PCP: You should definitely get checked out though the likelihood of a 14yo (if I'm seeing that correctly) having real cardiac issues will be rare. This could be asthma, anxiety, costocondritis (inflammation of the cartilage). An EKG is anopther simple way to see whats going on. An event or Holter monitor will allow doctors to see what your heart rhythm looks like during an episode.
