Ruptured membranes: The baby's risk increases with ruptured membranes. Antibiotics should be given ideally between 4-6 hours prior to delivery. It sounds like you are close. All the best.

Water: As soon as the water breaks they would like you to be at L&D to be pushed to delivery within 12-18 hours if possible. Antibiotics would also be started in the IV (oral meds don't do the job.
