See a Gyn Onc. : Vulvar cancer needs to be treated by a gynecologic oncologist. At 74, you are in the age group at risk for vulvar cancer. So if you didn't see a gynecologic oncologist, you should. If you have, and he or she is not worried about the cyst, you can get a second opinion or wait to see if the cyst grows. Or ask for a biopsy. That's the only way to know for sure what it is.
