See doctor: You have not described any symptom suggestive of allergies. It would be best for you to get a check-up with your doctor. If you have been on omeprazole regularly for a long time, will need to consider low magnesium as a potential cause for your weakness. I usually recommend chronic user of PPI (of which omeprazole is one of the members) to take magnesium supplement.
