It depends: Metabolites of alcohol may remain in system for weeks and the effects of a "binge" can be felt and readily effect blood pressure, sleep, etc. for at least a week. Generally blood levels of alcohol are normal within 24 hours of a binge episode. 8 pk of coors implies you have an alcohol use disorder. Seek help please.
