Could be: Abnormal bleeding on day 20 of a 37 day cycle could be due to many things including ovulation ( a little late), an infection, medications, or even abnormal cervical cells. Without more history it is difficult to narrow this down. When you are worried and in doubt a full history and exam is always advisable. Good luck.
