Early period: It's not totally abnormal for a woman to have an irregular period- either early or late. And it sounds like she had an early period. Is it possible that having sex caused her to start early? Possibly but we may never know for sure. Hormones have a lot more to do with it. I would suggest treating it like a normal period and starting her cycle counting as today as Day 1.
