Very painful vaginal micro tears ?

Yeast?: Candidiasis (yeast infection) is most likely. Genital herpes could do it, but normally causes blisters or open ulcers, not "micro tears". There are several other possibilities as well, including other infections, allergies, and more. With such severe symptoms you should see a doctor right away for accurate diagnosis, to check for underlying health problems (especially diabetes), and treatment.
