Nothing: any changes in hormone level affect the cycle and the timing of your period. breast is super hormone sensitive,so any changes in hormone level affect the breast as well. a lot of factors affect the cycle,like infection even viral,and stress. if continue to be a problem see you GYN,might need to start you on medication to regulate your period. good luck
