I had just finished my menses on the 15th of april, today is only the 21st of april and i have menses again. is this normal or should i be concerned?

2 periods 1 wk apart: Are you on BCP or device? Hormones can cause interperiod spotting /bleeding. May just be stress or infection or varient which does happen intermittently. if you are sexually active could be implantation bleeding as that sometimes does occur especially if the last period was lighter then usual. Would check HCG, TSH and follow up with doctor /urgent care.
