Get checked for STDs: Colored vaginal discharge -- tones of yellow, green, tan, brown, etc -- often means infection. In sexually active women at your age of 18, STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas) are among the most common genital infections. Of course it can't be an STD unless you are sexually active. Stress has nothing to do with this. In any case, see your doctor ASAP. Good luck!
