Excellent: If it is , I would like some. You are very fortunate in that your body has the ability to do this. Typically as we age our body is not as able to heal as rapidly as when we were younger. Enjoy this great healing ability while you can, and do not worry - it is all good.

Not a disease: cant think of any condition where healing fast would be a bad thing. You probably have a good immune system. This is a good thing.
