See your doc : adjuvant chemotherapy has many long term sequela including cognitive impairment. Depending on what type of breast cancer you have and if you have metastasis (I.e lung metastasis) you might be at risk for brain metastasis which may cause further cognitive impairment or neurological deficits or even seizures. To be sure you should follow with your physician regularly to discuss your symptoms.
