A member asked:

I want to post pone my period. usually i take primolut n for this. can change to overal g for this how many tablets can be taken maximum when 2 start?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different pills: Primolut N contains 5 mg of the progestin norethisterone, whereas ovral (ethinyl estradiol and norgestrel) g contains 50 micrograms of the estrogen ethinylestradiol and 0.5 mg of the progestin norgestrel,, in other words, they are completely different. If primolut N worked for delaying menses, ovral (ethinyl estradiol and norgestrel) g may not do the same.
