Not that I am aware: Eating the right amount of food/calories/carbs can regulate your hyploglecyemia. keep track of when you eat and how often to track your symptoms. This is a insulin/blood sugar issue. Ask a MD/General practitioner to clarify more clearly.

Not primarily: Hypoglicemia is not a symptom of depression unless is an early manifestation of concomitant diabetes or other medical conditions. At the same time, some severely depressed people experience anorexia and eat poorly. Depressive disorder are very common, and diagnosis is usually common practice in psychiatry and general practice.
