Petechiae?: Sorry but I'm not sure what you mean by "risk factor 10". Perhaps things are done differently in Iraq. Red dots may represent petechiae which are broken blood vessels. While this may be a result of aspirin and/or fish oil, it's best to get examined by his family doc. Red spots: If there are only a few red spots on the back of the hands or forearm where the skin is thin,these could be from leaks in the small blood vessels of the skin often seen in people who take daily aspirin. However a generalized red rash would be due to something else and a physician would have to see it.
