Variety of reasons: Abd pain has a multitude of etiologies. Clues are obtained by a complete medical history, exam, labs, and description of the pain duration, site, etc. It is impossible to do those things on this format. If the pain continues, changes, or intensifies, then I would suggest seeing your DR.
