STD/STI: Vaginal discharge w/history of unprotected sex is sexually transmitted disease/infection until proven otherwise. Get thee to your Family Doc (or City/County clinic if privacy an issue) for evaluation & treatment. Oh, you're in UK. Go see your GP. Unlikely that you'll need A&E for this unless pain & fever. Planned Parenthood has a branch in UK. They can offer antibiotics plus birth control.
