Exercise: The best ways to get a good night sleep is to practice good sleep hygiene. Increase your daily exercise, eat right, avoid caffeine intake. In the evenings take a second brisk walk, relax with a book. Avoid electronic stimulation like the computers and IPads. Put away the phone and avoid TV in the bedroom. Reading is the best activity before sleep.
