Sure but how elderly: As long as you can reach where you need to touch & have no underlying heart disease & as long as activity performed in privacy doesn't affect relationship w/others, I don't see any harm. Granted, it's rare not to develop heart disease as we age, but if someone is able to walk under own power, s/he is probably healthy enough to have (non-vigorous) fun.
