Type of reflux: This suggests a condition called pharyngo laryngeal reflux which differs from esophageal reflux. Hoarseness or need to keep clearing your throat is common . An otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate and diagnose your disorder, but treatment is often not successful.

Post nasal drip.: Your allergies can do it. Antiallergic medications targeted to the allergens that you are allergic to should eliminate your symptoms. There are other causes of this problem too but my feeling is that your allergens should be targeted and treated accordingly first. Check this link .
